"We entrusted P18:2 to build our Lake House dream home on Lake Athens. That was a
great decision.
We have built several homes over the years and have had experience working with
multiple home builders. Some claim to be custom builders, only to later state "we can’t
do that – we've never done it". Conversely, P18:2 is truly a customer service-oriented,
custom builder. The word "can’t" was never a part of our conversation. Given the same
scenario, instead of we don’t do that, Keith’s response would be "maybe we’ve never
done that but let’s do it!"
Our home includes many custom features, and they did a fabulous job bringing it to life.
We could not be happier with the final product. Keith and Stephanie were a joy to work
