"I cannot express how thrilled I am with the incredible work done by Eighteen Two Group on my home. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to excellence were evident. They took my house down to the studs and transformed it into a breathtaking, high-end ranch style home that surpasses all my expectations. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and every aspect of the remodel exudes quality and luxury. Their team always went the extra mile to ensure my vision was brought to life. I highly recommend Eighteen Two Group to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled construction company. Thank you for turning my dream home into a reality!"

"The words "thank you" do not even begin to cover our gratitude for our experience with Eighteen Two Group. My husband and I sought out a plan to build our dream home and we knew after our first meeting with you and your team it would be possible. From the open communication, the idealistic approach, the attention to detail, the master craftsmanship and willingness to embrace our ideas and vision, our dream became reality. Not only did you provide excellent customer service throughout the process, you and your team provided guidance with overall budget, interior design ideas, and ways to increase functionality and style into our build. We have lived in our dream home now for 8 months and we are constantly asked who built our barndo.... We are proud to say EIGHTEEN TWO GROUP ! If I had to share a downside to this whole experience, it would be that we sometimes have random people pull into our driveway to ask questions about who built our home and want to see the inside! Thank you again Keith and your entire team!"

"The way Keith and his crews put their heart into every project, truly treating you the way you want to be treated is AMAZING! Great Builder, Friend and Human!!!! I defiantly recommend P 18:2"

"Builds exactly how you want it.loving ours."

"I’ve seen for myself how beautiful they are. They are very dedicated to making it perfect!"

"Building my dream home with Eighteen Two Group was such a great experience. From the very beginning, they really listened to what I wanted, and made it their mission to bring that vision to life. They were super patient, always willing to answer my (many) questions, and helped guide me through every step of the home building process. What I appreciated most was how easy they were to work with- professional, down to earth, and genuinely committed to building a quality, beautiful home. The final result is everything I hoped for and more. What first started as a dream for my husband and I has now turned into a reality living in our dream home. If you’re thinking about building a custom home, I can’t recommend Eighteen Two Group enough."

"Tracy and I have know Keith and Stephanie for 10+ years and know them to be people of honesty and integrity. I approached Keith in 2016 after he built his personal Barndo and the rest is history. Keith and I designed the plan and got to work for my house and in 2017 broke ground. 4 months later Tracy and I moved in. Even though I use to be a carpenter by trade and now today Tracy and I are Realtors, Keith made the experience a pleasure. My wife and I are happy with the end results. Thanks Keith and Stephanie!!"

"We entrusted P18:2 to build our Lake House dream home on Lake Athens. That was a great decision. We have built several homes over the years and have had experience working with multiple home builders. Some claim to be custom builders, only to later state "we can’t do that – we've never done it". Conversely, P18:2 is truly a customer service-oriented, custom builder. The word "can’t" was never a part of our conversation. Given the same scenario, instead of we don’t do that, Keith’s response would be "maybe we’ve never done that but let’s do it!"   Our home includes many custom features, and they did a fabulous job bringing it to life. We could not be happier with the final product. Keith and Stephanie were a joy to work with. They put their whole energy into the project to the ultimate satisfaction of their customer. If you are looking for a true custom builder whose limitations are only limited by your own imagination, then look no further.  If you are short on ideas, no problem. P18:2 will get you started and exceed your expectations by delivering a fabulous home. If you can conceive it, Keith can build it!"

"1802 Build Co. built a home for my aging mom. Working with Keith was a great experience. His vision for building a small, functional space turned out great. Thoughtful attention to detail was apparent in building a home with wide entry doors and open spaces for my mom to navigate, which has given her independence in a beautiful home that she is so proud of. Side note: she would love to give you a tour. "
